Your Cellulite Solution

“Banishing Cellulite Once and For All” Review

Banishing Cellulite Once and For AllIn her ebook “Banishing Cellulite Once and For All”, Marie Watkins provides a great overview of what causes cellulite and how to get rid of it. Not only is this book well written, but it is laid out in an organized format that makes it easy to follow.

Like most cellulite ebooks, Marie’s starts out with a discussion on what exactly causes cellulite. What’s interesting about this book is that it mentions the Nurnberger-Muller Scale – a scientific way of dividing cellulite into four stages. By mentioning this scale, it shows that Marie has done her research on the subject! She also provides a lengthy bibliography at the end of the book – something we like to see in ebooks as it increases their validity.

Marie also engages the reader in a discussion of different body types and where each type is likely to show cellulite. This is another subject that most ebooks don’t cover but can be helpful to the reader.

Next, the book gets into the real bulk of how to get rid of cellulite. It features a lengthy discussion on various systems in the body and how they are impacted by toxins as well as supplements. Marie provides a list of foods that can be beneficial as well as cellulite creams and exercises.

The exercises she recommends are described in detail, although no pictures are shown. For readers who are looking for a more detailed exercise plan, you may want to check out the “Naked Beauty” Program by Joey Atlas. Those that just want a suggestion on exercises to do will find plenty of information in Marie’s book.

Like other ebooks, “Banishing Cellulite Once and For All” mentions the use of dry brushing, massaging and essential oils as a way to get rid of cellulite. She gives a great overview of how do dry brushing, but as there are no pictures provided, some readers may have trouble following along. Readers looking for pictured steps on dry brushing will want to check out “The Ultimate Cellulite Treatment”.

One of the best parts of this ebook comes at the end when Marie engages the reader on the benefits of several natural supplements that can be used to treat cellulite. She not only talks about the importance of each supplement, but she also lists how the supplements can be taken – capsule, dried, liquid, tincture or ointment.

The book concludes with a very nice summary on all the things that were discussed. It also talks about the importance of setting small goals in order to work towards your overall goal of getting rid of cellulite. This is important as many ebooks just stress the need to implement a bunch of changes all at once. Marie notes that it is important to take you time and make sure a habit sticks before moving onto something else.

Overall, this is a very well written and researched cellulite ebook. It could use a few more pictures to illustrate her points. However most readers will come away with the knowledge needed to fight cellulite.
