The problem with exercise is that many people are not sure where to start. The key is to find what works best for you.

    Some people prefer to work out at the gym while others would rather be outdoors or in their living room. Some people like to work out with a friend or a group of people. Other people do better when they exercise by themselves. It’s important to find a few types of activities that offer you a chance to build muscles, increase your heart rate and work up a sweat. The best exercise plan is one you will stick to – it has to fit easily into your lifestyle otherwise you will not do it!

  • Vitamins and Supplements – you can maintain a healthy diet and still be missing vital nutrients. Food today is often lacking in nutrient value. A daily supplement can help make up for any vitamins you may be lacking in your diet. Make sure to look for a quality daily vitamin supplement. Quality supplements involve taking 3 or 4 pills. The pills should be greenish in color and have an earthy smell. Forget the processed stuff they try to sell you in grocery stores. One pill alone can not possibly give the best quality nutrients your body needs.
  • Creams and Topicals – another method cellulite prevention is the regular use of skin firming creams. These creams provide the skin with moisturizer and nutrients that the skin often lacks. They can help the skin maintain it’s elasticity – an important component in preventing cellulite and sagging skin.
  • Meditation – our bodies do not respond well to stress. Because of this it is important to regularly relax the body and the mind. Find a quiet place and first relax your body starting with your head and working towards your feet. Then let your thoughts drift away and gently focus on relaxing. Regular meditation can help you relieve the stress of a busy lifestyle.

By incorporating the above techniques into your daily routine, you can help prevent cellulite from showing up on you skin. You will also start to notice a disappearance of existing cellulite and an overall feeling of health and well-being.
