“The Official Cellulite Cure” Review

A quick read, but still packed with lots of info, Erica Nguyen’s “The Official Cellulite Cure” offers readers an easy plan to get rid of cellulite. While this isn’t the most informative e-book we’ve seen, it does offer a good overview of the problem of cellulite and what to do about it.
Erica’s book starts off with the basics of cellulite – what it is and what causes it. The book covers things that some people don’t always think of as causing cellulite such as the overproduction of estrogen.
The book then moves into a discussion on a diet that will help you get rid of cellulite. For those that have trouble sticking to a diet, this book makes it simple. General guidelines are given such as “the diet should contain a high amount of fiber and lean protein.”
One nice part about the diet section is that it includes a “food substitutions” list. Many people struggle with diets because they concentrate only on eliminating certain foods. It is important to learn how to replace certain foods in your diet with healthier options. This book will show you how.
Also included in the book are a few good recipes that are simple to make and will help you get a leaner body. Erica also covers certain supplements that can help you eliminate cellulite. She doesn’t push as many as some books. Rather she concentrates on what she feels are the most important.
Unlike some cellulite e-books, this book features a section on hormones. Hormones can play a big part in the formation of cellulite. It was nice to see someone touch upon the subject!
The book concludes with a section on exercise. The exercises are mostly targeted at the lower body – those with cellulite on their arms or stomach won’t find much info about how to target those areas. Erica does include sample workouts which can be printed out to make it easy to follow.
Overall, we found “The Official Cellulite Cure” to be well formatted and informational. While it does not go as in depth as some e-books, the important points are covered.
The bonuses can make the purchase of this book worthwhile. Not only do you get printable workout routines, but you also get “The Anti Wrinkle Guide” and “177 Ways to Lose Weight”. All of the guides are informative and can be a great deal if you are considering purchasing other books on the same topic.

You may have heard of Joey Atlas before – he has a big Internet presence based on helping people get into shape and feel good about their bodies. This program is unlike his other programs though in that it is specifically tailored to women who want to get rid of their cellulite.
But content is what matters with ebooks, and this one certainly stands out! “Cellulite Free Forever” is the creation of Nicole Rousseau who struggled for many years with her own cellulite problems. She presents the reader with a wide variety of techniques that she has used to combat her cellulite.
We’re not sure why Coach Deb is offering her “Cellulite Circuits” program for only $19.95, but we highly recommend you get on board before she raises the price!

When we bought Susan Wilkins’ “The Natural Cellulite Solution” it became apparent that many of our readers would enjoy her simple instructions for how to get rid of cellulite the natural way.
A lengthy ebook with a very chatty style, “The Ultimate Cellulite Treatment” provides readers with a broad overview of lifestyle changes that need to be made in order to get rid of cellulite. While it’s style maybe casual, this ebook is full of good information.
Renee Feldman’s ebook “Conquer Your Cellulite” certainly isn’t going to get points from us for appearance. But what the book lacks in formatting, it does make up somewhat with content. (We should note that Renee is really selling a mp3 of how to get rid of cellulite, but provides a transcript of the mp3 in the form of an ebook).
In her ebook “Banishing Cellulite Once and For All”, Marie Watkins provides a great overview of what causes cellulite and how to get rid of it. Not only is this book well written, but it is laid out in an organized format that makes it easy to follow.
While this ebook doesn’t have nearly as much information in it as some of the other ones we’ve seen, the information it does cover is valuable. But perhaps the best part of this digital product is the added bonuses. These ebooks are well worth the price of Cellulite Solution Exposed.
