Bronwyn Hewitt is an Australian Cellulite Therapist who has been helping women get rid of their cellulite for years. One of the great things about her ebook is she sells it in a hard copy as well. She mentions that rereading the book every year or so is a great way to stay on track with the tips and tricks she recommends. Bronwyn’s book starts by asking readers to identify how they are feeling about their life and their body. She does this to give readers a starting point and in hopes that when you read the book a few months after implementing the changes, you will feel better than you had before her book. Next she gets into a lengthy discussion on what cellulite is and how she came about her special treatment plan. The discussion is valuable, but too wordy as many women might want to skip right to the chase. What continues next is a chatty discussion on things you need to be doing in order to become cellulite free. These are broken down into her top 10 “do’s” followed by her top 10 “don’ts”. You may have heard of some of these things before – others may be new. Bronwyn glazes over the types of foods one should be eating – she assumes the reader already knows the difference between “good” and “bad” foods. However she does point out a few specific foods to incorporate such as chilli and mentions a few to avoid such as bananas. For those looking for a very specific grocery shopping list, you will find better ebooks out there. Exercise is mentioned in the book, although Bronwyn does not point out any specific routines to try other than Pilates. She emphasizes the importance of getting enough “movement” in your daily life as opposed to trying to follow a strict exercise routine. Those that are looking for specific exercises to get rid of cellulite might want to check out Joey Altas’ “Naked Beauty” Program. One of the absolute gems of this book is a very detailed discussion on body brushing. Bronwyn provides plenty of pictures to demonstrate her techniques. She also talks about the use of essential oils, massage techniques and what types of brushes are available to use for body brushing. At the end of the book, Bronwyn talks about where readers should start – basically it comes down to implementing as many of her tips and tricks as you can. Also, she provides a Q&A section that features actual questions from her readers. It is somewhat disorganized, but you may find some helpful advice. Overall, this book is rather scattered and repetitive. However it talks about many things you can do in order to get rid of cellulite. Readers looking for a casual read will be pleased. Readers looking for a more organized, detailed plan of attack may want to check out Nicole Rousseau’s “Cellulite Free Forever”.
